Brett's Birthday Cake

3 March 2011 - Kjaristy generally starts making plans for a birthday cake approximately six months before the cake is needed.  This year, however, Brett was supposed to be in Korea for his birthday, so she did not make any plans.  When the Korea trip fell through at the last minute, Kjaristy still managed to put together her best cake to date.
