Halloween
30 October 2010 - Went to the church for trunk-or-treating and a chili-chowder cook off (in honor of the late Wilbur Greenhalgh no doubt). Winter conditions do not slow down Alaskans as the parking lot was a sheet of ice, temperatures were below freezing, yet all activities were still held outside. It was entertaining to watch the ghosts, superheroes, fairy princesses, and accompanying parents continually biff it on the ice.
